This hotel is a reasonable base for a weekend in Cape Neddick. The room is nicely decorated and equipped with central heating, flat-screen television, and a fridge. Private bathroom is nice size. The venue's location is unbeatable and the staff are very friendly and super-friendly. Thank you very much for a really really nice stay - will be back.

Location short walk to the restaurant there has outdoor seating upstairs that has a great view of the sunset and York and Ogunquit and the restaurant there. Perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated room for 1 nightstand instead of 2 and very lovely experience.

We had a charming and welcoming stay at 2 River Road Inn Cottages. The cottage was beautifully decorated with light and airy colors, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The landscaping around the inn was restful and added to the overall ambiance. We also appreciated the delicious scones and muffins with coffee before checking out. it was a restful and lovely experience. Despite some minor drawbacks like the limited breakfast hours and a slight cigarette smell in the room, I would still recommend this hotel.

We loved the location as it was close to many attractions, including the beach, zoo, and several other cities. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We were impressed that we could walk to the shops across the road and enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Loved our weekend in this little hotel. Its location was comfy and perfect to 2 Rivers for 4 years now. Also, York's Wild Kingdom Zoo was 2 miles away. The staff was ACCOMMODATING, the room was big size and comfy for 1 nightstand instead of 2. Central heating, flat-screen television and a fridge were important for us.

What a perfect romantic escape! The cottages were cozy and clean, making us feel right at home. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We loved the location, so peaceful and close to everything we wanted to do. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the fresh scones and coffee were delicious. The gazebo on the property was perfect for our romantic dinner in. We can't wait to come back!

We did find the bed a bit small for us, but it was still comfortable. The lack of outlets in the bathroom was a bit of an inconvenience, but not a big deal.

Our Christmas stay at this cute inn was delightful. The vintage furniture decorated our large and clean room charmingly. The staff was immensely welcoming and helpful from assisting us with our luggage to providing us with a complimentary breakfast. The inn is located ideally, and we loved how we could walk to the beach, even in winter, to catch a stunning Christmas sunrise.

Though we had an overall pleasant stay, we would have preferred to have uninterrupted WiFi in our room instead of standing out in the cold by the gazebo to check in with work. we found ourselves startled with the occasional whiff of cigarette smoke from those smoking outside of their cottages.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at a charming inn with cozy, little cottages. Our cottage had a great bathroom and plenty of fresh towels. Everything was very clean and tidy. We loved the outdoor porch that had a beautiful view of the trees and flowers. The continental breakfast was delicious, with fresh scones and coffee. The location was also great, just a short drive away from a scenic beach and lighthouse.

It would've been even nicer if there were more facilities available like a pool or a more reliable WiFi connection.

Great location, wonderful vibe, friendly hosts, lovely takeaway breakfast, good for people traveling with dogs.
